Detected defect is classified by the human eyes check and human eye check may cause problem of unbalanced accuracy and that of cost. Based on these reasons, automatic defect classification is desired to the manufacturing process
With the help of the AI-assisted classification system, a manufacturing control mechanism for real-time visualization, analysis, and management may be implemented in association with the information of image detection, various statistical data, and design parameters in each production line.
